Terms & Conditions

1. The challenge is open to all Singaporeans, PR and student passes holders aged 15 to 35.
2. Designs submitted must be original and participants should not own any businesses relating to bags and/or is currently an employee in the similar industry.
3. Contestants are welcome to submit up to maximum 3 entries for each category.
4. No physical and/or hardcopy entries will be accepted.
5. All entries must be received on or before 2400 hrs on 19 September 2010. Late entries will not be accepted.
6. The organisers reserve the right to decline and accept any entry that does not fulfill all entry requirements.
7. The organisers will not be responsible for proof of originality of all entries, nor be liable for protection of design copyright. Each contestant retains sole copyright, and is therefore solely liable for his/her design(s).
8. The organisers will not assume responsibility for any damage, loss of all entries due to electronic transmission sent by email.
9. The organisers assumes no obligation, responsibility or liability for any expenses incurred by the contestant(s) as a result of participating in this competition.
10. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entry without disclosing any reason(s).
11. No personal details will be published without the contestants' prior approval sought in writing. Only the organisers will have access to any personal data provided by the contestants.
12. Designs submitted and approved by Sembonia can be reproduced at its own discretion. Sembonia owns the right to reproduce the designs for sale, publicity and any other related uses for the campaign.
